L’Allen & Heath ZED-14 est réputée pour sa construction robuste, ses faders de 100 mm souples et ses commandes fiables, ce qui la rend populaire auprès des groupes, églises et petits studios. Les préamplis DuoPre et l’EQ 3 bandes avec médiums balayables offrent un son propre et musical, souvent salué dans les tests. L’interface USB intégrée permet un enregistrement et une lecture stéréo simples sans matériel supplémentaire, mais elle se limite à 2 entrées/2 sorties en 16 bits, ce qui peut être juste pour un usage studio plus poussé. La console ne propose pas non plus de sous-groupes, ce qui réduit les possibilités de routing par rapport à des modèles plus grands. Certains utilisateurs notent aussi que l’emplacement et la tenue du connecteur USB pourraient être meilleurs. Pour ceux qui recherchent surtout une table analogique robuste et bien sonnante avec une USB de base, la ZED-14 reste un excellent choix dans sa gamme de prix.

Perfect mixer for my needs. Running all my synths, samplers and drum machines in for recording. Beautiful EQs, loads of AUX channels, tons of routing options. The ALT and mono outs are super useful. Love this thing!

J'utilise princialement la table de mixage pour mes enregistrements studio elle fonctionne avec 1 entrée micro Shure sm 57 beta , 1 entrée micro enregistremnt Rode, 2 entrées clavier arrangeur, 1 entrès guitare via pedale multieffets Boss, une entrèe stereo PC, sotie enregistrement via cable usb codex, elle reste à demeure au studio, pour la scène nous utilisons une table yamaha.

The design and construction are 99.99 percent flawless. It's simple, extremely well constructed, and a lot of mixer for the money. I got it foremost to run podcast-able interactions with people on phone/skype with mix-minus-one setups. Four aux's - perfect. Great sliders. Very versatile ins/outs. Solid choice, great buy. My only complaint would be that the USB jack should be moved to the back b/c it's a little to loose of a connection to be where a lot of hand activity would be - makes me nervous that i'll accidentally tap the USB cable while doing something and disrupt the PC connection in the middle of a mix. Highly recommend this mixer.

This board is perfect for studio or PAC use. It has no ghost signal and works as expected.
