Le logiciel hp est une catastrophe, tout est fait pour vous diriger vers l'abonnement "instant ink". Le système d'authentification des cartouches est tout aussi mauvais, je me retrouve avec une cartouche neuve que la machine refuse de reconnaitre, donc poubelle. C'est la dernière fois que j'achète HP

Unable to scan as it kept saying "unable to connect" but no suggestion of what the issue was. Intermittent access to printer advanced settings so very frustrating and returned the following day having wasted numerous hours on trying to get it to work. Bought a Canon Pixma TS5151 for same price and the set up on PC and laptop was very straigh forward. All is working fine, first time. I can open the scanner from the computer or the printer. I've always had HP in the past but don't think I will again. I think the issue is related to the HP Smart app which is a web based program. Canon's is at computer level. The issues may be at my computer but with no useful online help, it either works or it doesn't

I've had a couple of HP printers in the past which have been great. This is dreadful, took all morning and three people to manage to get it set up. It's noisy both in printing [very slow] and it chimes when it has finished a print job. Default setting seems to be landscape not portrait. The picture on the web is misleading, not at all a neat job the paper tray sticks out and looks as if it might be damaged at some point. On line help and chat via what's app are unhelpful. I have been waiting for a response for 30 minutes plus and have given up.

Great little printer. The inks are easy to replace and last well.
