I use it for printing my books at A4 size, which include coloured illustrations. The pages are folded A3 papers. I can use it for many other things as required, so it is multi-functional!

5 months in and we're now awaiting our third replacement from Epsom! But we don't hold any hopes that fourth time lucky means we get a working printer. There must be a design fault regarding the paper feed because you don't expect to pay over £500 for a printer that sin't fit for purpose.. Very unhappy!

Definitely a step up from the standard run of the mill Epson printers. It is quiet and works well. The A3+ is a great bonus. Fabulous printer as long as you understand it is USB only.

Gives awesome results on glossy paper but very slow. It does print quietly which is good but beware when installing ink in the tanks can prove very messy if rushed also be careful to check the position of the transit level must be set correctly. Very difficult to justify cost of printer as it gives appearance of being a standard 1400 with the tanks placed as an add on particularly as there is no positive leak proof connection between ink bottles and the tanks. To add even more confusion the ink bottles pictured on installation leaflet different from those supplied thankfully epson tech team are good. The ink can remain in tanks without significant deterioration and lasts according to how often it is used so may requiring ink replenishing often. Beware however as this is a messy experience due to poor connection with ink bottles & tanks. Epson need to pay closer attention to this.
