Bought this printer for a project, having had canon products and have been pleased with them. This printer has been a huge disappointment, it prints everything very dark, images are not sharp and have very little resemblance to the image in any format or view. A costly mistake.

Printer will eventually start scratching your paper (Any paper you add) and leave ink smudges. I've spoken to the seller and they are now ignoring me when I showed proof. Escalating this now.
