This is a good printer and print quality is good as well. Just note - it is not stated anywhere in the specifications of the printer .... it does not support 5G wi-fi.....

This is a great printer. I bought the model before this one and it gave my family great service without any problems. My family and I are enjoying using this printer, with kids able to print as much as they need to.

We had the G3420 and it worked great! We print a lot having a home business and homeschooling. That printer was incredible! We have now upgraded to this one with the added benefit of WiFi and it's amazing now I can print from my laptop my phone any device linked to the printer through WiFi really a added benefit!

This worked so well at the start but 6 months down the line, the cyan ink completely stopped feeding through. I use it for occasional basic home and homework printing.I took it to a Canon authorised repair shop and within a month the same problem occurred. Took it back again for the same repair but I voiced my concern about this being a repeat issue so they did something extra and also replaced a head-'something'. Since then, the colour seems to be printing fine but occasionally the paper now jams inside the machine. It's almost like it gets too wet from the ink and roller and disintegrates and gets jammed inside, especially if I'm printing more pages at a time than the occasional 1 or 2. I've always been Canon brand-loyal but am really disappointed in this machine. It would otherwise have been the perfect home office machine.

What an absolute pleasure to setup! Easy and hassle-free, and great print quality for a small home office multi-function device! Highly recommend
