better than I expected, for the size and price. it replaced an 11 year old HP. Sales clerk very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding. So many brands and types to choose from also.. I love seeing hands on. ink refills much cheaper than HP. No HP proprietary cartridge blocking.

Easy set up, works well. Compact size. Good features.

This printer has an issue with the paper tray. One unit broke. The US support is very bad overall as well. There is no touchscreen and the UI is clunky. The printer is easy to setup but did have issues printing very slow and had to have the network reset. There is NO ETHERNET jack only WIFI and USB.

A great, easy-to-use printer that replaced an older Brother printer that uses the same ink cartridges.

It is a printer. It is a scanner. It is a copier. It does what the product should do. It has been reliable and trustworthy even through moving from one apartment to the next.
