Perfect for long term holidays, very strong and safe

Sturdy, ample sized but it's still not a replacement for our huuge Samsonite suitcase.

I would like a full refund as I travelled with this luggage and the handle is faulty and doesn’t go down and I had to pay an extra 50 pounds as this luggage was considered “bulky items” as the handle does not go back in place or shut. Unacceptable that you sent us a faulty item. I purchased the luggage in February as it was in a promotion and wanted a new luggage for my summer vacation and as you can see from the video the handle doesn’t close down. Thank you

We recently purchased two suitcases for our summer trip. Unfortunately, one of the locking mechanisms has jammed. It may have been damaged during airport baggage handling, as it worked fine before our trip. We couldn't return the suitcase because the return window had closed by the time we noticed the issue after returning home. I believe the suitcase should have lasted longer than a single use, regardless of what caused the jam. Also, it was raining when we arrived at our holiday airport and both zips had allowed water to leak into the cases, wetting our clothes.

Used this on our recent holiday. Was easy to use and push around with the 4 wheels. Seems sturdy. Survived with a couple of light scuffs. Very happy overall
