The product itself is great, looks very durable and great wheels. The delivery was not sent to my home. Instead I got a message that they couldn't find the address and I had to go to a store which is quite far from my home to pick it up. DHL didn't try to contact me at all before. This was pretty annoying as it was 40 degrees outside and I don't have a car, and it's a big package I had to carry
