It's currently stuck to my tripod and I'm unable to use it because the rubber handle has come loose from the underlying metal rod. When I try to loosen the handle, all it does is spin the rubber grip

With this my baby tripod reaches completly to the ground which make my shots much more movie-like.

I love the quality of this ball head adapter. I used it with the 502HD flat base head so I can easily use it with my monopod. The only inconvenience was that the bottom of the screw that holds the head to the tripod bowl was too large so I had to switch that out with a smaller one, even though my sticks have a 75mm bowl. Otherwise it worked great.
