Le Beurer BM 49 est un tensiomètre bras convivial avec fonction vocale, détection d’arythmie et affichage du risque coloré. Il offre une mémoire pour deux utilisateurs et un grand écran éclairé. La fonction vocale est utile pour les personnes malvoyantes. Un inconvénient majeur est que l’appareil n’est pas validé cliniquement selon des sources indépendantes, donc la précision n’est pas garantie. Il manque aussi la connectivité app et le brassard est limité aux bras jusqu’à 36 cm. Ce modèle convient surtout aux utilisateurs à domicile qui apprécient la simplicité et les résultats audibles.

Good quality BP machine with visible scale that makes it easy to assess the reading (for those of us not expert in BP readings). Bought this for an elderly person due to it's ability to speak the reading BUT, I'm told, it doesn't speak in English, which is a little bizarre as it's sold on amazon.co.uk. So beware if you need that! Otherwise it's great.
