Le Beurer BM 27 est un tensiomètre validé cliniquement, recommandé par la Fondation du cœur et adapté à quatre utilisateurs. Il offre des mesures fiables, détecte les battements irréguliers et dispose d'un indicateur de risque OMS. L'écran LCD est clair et le système de contrôle du brassard aide à éviter les erreurs. Les utilisateurs signalent que le brassard peut être trop serré et que le changement de profil est peu pratique. L'appareil n'est pas connectable à un smartphone et ne calcule pas de moyenne sur trois mesures. Globalement, le BM 27 est apprécié pour sa fiabilité et sa facilité d'utilisation, mais le confort et la connectivité sont à améliorer.

My cardiologist is asking me to consider a pacemaker and I noticed in the manual this is a cautionary subject so now I will talk to him about it. I also was not aware that the left arm is preferred, 5 minute wait time for reuse, arrhythmias are noted etc. Good information.

Unfortunately, the press button of my unit has very erratic behaviour. It sometimes takes minutes for the monitor to activate. Switching off can also fail initially. The unit does continue give blood pressure readings though...

The cuff is more difficult to attach than my previous unit as there’s lots of Velcro to wrap and get stuck! Also the memory readout seems to allow you only to go from newsest to oldest reading. I can’t find a way to go back a reading. Other than that it seems to work fine.
