Item arrived with broken screen. have been waiting for the defective TV to be removed from my house for 6 days now, and I have not been yet contacted by the carrier, and Sam's Club does not seem to care. So I have a non-working TV with its packaging occupying square-footage and can't get a replacement product until 1/it is removed and 2/my CC is refunded. very bad experience.

TV was not work working, No power, not light up. I returned still did not get the refund.

I ordered this on April 24th. The first one arrived, got a neighbor to help mount it. The screen was cracked from corner to middle. No visible damage on the outside of the box. The replacement TV arrived damaged. The box looked terrible. Had lines of pixels missing from the middle. Receiver for the remote was hanging down. TV 3 is on the way, but no delivery scheduled yet. TV 1 is going to be picked up today, but they did not schedule the pickup for TV 1 and 2 at the same time. I've had two broken tv's cluttering up the house for the last 20 + days. Still no working TV.
