Great TV but the basic manual functions such as the power buttons and operating the TV without a remote is terrible. The remote control failed for us, and has rendered our TV useless, unable to manage it without an app - which can only be controlled by one persons phone or manually using a tiny button with limited functionality.

I bought this tv a few weeks ago and have found it awful to just watch standard tv channels using the aerial. I googled and found many have the same problem. It should be simple to set up to choose the channels I want rather than Samsung wanting me to stream there’s. Remote doesn’t have many options.
