I'm absolutely obsessed with this TV it works amazingly, the color is the way it pop it's amazing. Everything on the TV Works amazing my biggest gripe though is the remote. When scrolling to find a show it is very easy to accidentally hit select, I find myself accidentally hitting the button when scrolling to find a show.

Brightness is stunning from the jump, with vivid contrast. Despite all the apps you could want the TV is very reliable and has great responsiveness. The uniformity in upscaling a second to none. It makes the old stuff look so good with the AI upscaling it's awesome. I truly think it was an underpriced TV I feel like I stole it. It's a fantastic, rich people TV it's nice. I have it in front of a very very large apartment window that's like 15 x 18 or something. A huge window and it's bright enough with the neoQLED that it doesn't drowned out the color or anything. This TV is truly in a class of its own and it's much better than any TV I've ever owned .

Constant fight between the Samsung operating system and my cable system provider operating system. Samsung forces you into Samsung TV every chance they get. If I don’t watch for a couple weeks, I have to get a cable technician to come out and reprogram every single time. Will never ever buy a Samsung product again.
