Je cherchais un téléphone pour remplacer mon Oneplus 13 mais en version chinoise. Compte tenu des difficultés à installer mon application bancaire, je me suis rabattu sur ce Oppo Reno 13 pro 5g. J'avais quelques craintes sur la version que j'allais recevoir. Heureusement, c'est bien la version européenne (CPH2697) que j'avais commandée qui m'a été expédié. La livraison a été rapide et efficace. Content de mon achat et un grand merci au vendeur

I bought this phone on 6/11/25 from JB Rockhampton Qld. Now even though the ph is a great ph, I have to say that I was not happy in the way I was treated by the staff members. I was asked personal questions even before I purchased the ph, which to me had absolutely nothing to do with the ph. Then after getting home, to set my ph up, I had to return back to the store to ask for help. As I results the staff member we're not very accommodating to my need for assistance. Not very happy JB at all

I've had this phone for 5 to 7 months now and so far it's AWESOME, there were some minor mistakes but not a problem. This was my dream phone and I love it. I recommend it if you want a good phone with great display/design and camera. And the performance is perfect as well as the battery.
