This is a great phone for someone like me who can't afford a high end phone. It's very smooth, can be a bit slow, but not as bad as phones at cheaper price. Very happy with this phone.

Phone is larger and heavier than my previous Motorola, it's more complicated to use. Haven't used the camera yet so unable to say how good it is. John Lewis service was excellent.
