My Galaxy S10+ gave up on me after several years of use. I wanted to buy something simpler, more minimalist and cheaper. For basic use, it's fine. If photo and video quality are important to you, buy something else. It's barely satisfactory, and a far cry from the top of the range. The only annoyance you'll have with this smartphone is a bit of latency, which can be annoying when you're in a hurry (like when I'm on the platform at the station, I forgot to pick up my train ticket and my train is arriving, so I have to pick it up quickly on the app before getting on the train) or when you're a professional swiper on Insta or Tiktok. If, on the other hand, you see slowing down as a healthy and positive thing, it's a good buy.
