Good basic phone

Nice little basic phone for basic communication. No predictive text nor internet, (which is all but useless for such a small device anyway especially as most modern email needs a more advanced device to access it.) It's compact size makes it good for places you might not want to take a more expensive phone, work or on trips, for example..

OK, but concerned about radiation

It's fine, but I developed a pain in the side of my head when using it. The same types of pain I get when using a powerful walkie-talkie, so I'm concerned about the emissions from the phone. I would definitely recommend using the included hands-free kit.

Excellent value

This is a tidy little phone that's intended for a gift for an individual who lives mistly off grid. The battery life is such that it's an ideal handset for almost guaranteed battery charge even after a few days as opposed to the iPhone beasts that drain power just by looking at it. The Kazam has very few bells and whistles - and I beleive its also discontinued from the company website - but it functions, has a radio, can take basic images - it's perfect for what it's intended to do.

Absolute bargain.

I don't think smartphones are a good thing to have at home; I was fiddling about online before bed, and it was messing with my sleep. So I decided to switch to a "dumb" phone. This one fit the bill perfectly. It has no games, and no Facebook. If you really want to talk to me, you have to phone. Texting is fiddly without a T9 keyboard, but that's not really a problem. I use a service called IFTT to send me a text if an appointment from my calendar pops up as an email so I don't miss anything important. It's a good device. Small, light, and everything works like an old-fashioned phone. You'll not need to read the manual to do everything on it. It comes with a headset and a UK charger, and charges via a Micro USB socket. My £100+ smartphone didn't come with a charger, or a headset. Anything else? Yeah, a good radio and MP3 player functionality.
