I expected the onboarding, set up and learning the platform to be so much easier. Some feature functionality is too busy, too much going on.

The phone is great. However, during the purchase, the representative insisted that I buy insurance on my phone. It was a complete battle to have the insurance taken off. I felt like I was dealing with.a used car salesman. I did not appreciate the high-pressure sale.

I purchased a Verizon 10 pro. 4 days later they cancelled my order because I had not picked it up, although it was paid for in full. They will now no longer honor the promotion and sell it to me (again!) at the same price.
