I messaged the company in hopes they might do something about this device. I've had it for about a month but only used it a couple of times. Having issues with the battery and speed. Even when you turn it on, the screen doesn't display apps on the home screen for a long time and when they do, they start out as just colored squares for some reason, right after a fresh reboot as well. They always try to blame it on something you've installed, but this from a fresh 'factory reset' is exhibiting this behavior. Not sure what they will plan to do, but sending a phone back is not my idea of a good thing. Remember folks, even after you factory reset a device, you can still bring back information from the previous user by using recovery apps. Hope they stand by their 2 year warranty. As of right now, 1 star.
