Ordered this phone online, order was cancelled for 'failure in ID check', went to the store on 3 occasions only to be told that there was a block on my profile and they couldn't do anything with my account. Not even order a new phone. 7 days later I get an email all was cleared from my account with no other explanation. Needless to stay I still have my Samsung and never made the switch
