Les inconvénients sont l’absence d’écran 120Hz, pas de zoom optique et peu de vraies nouveautés par rapport à l’iPhone 13. L’absence de slot SIM physique peut aussi gêner certains utilisateurs. The phone never worked. Several phone calls to try to activate the phone, all escalated. No one could get it to work. Several scheduled calls to tech support that never happened. After two calls initiated by myself, and going into a Verizon store it was determined there was something wrong with the phone. It is being returned and a different model purchased.

Product is fine, but poor communication from The Good Guys. Ordered an online phone and for at least months I couldn’t get my delivery done. I was always the one to approach them asking for updates, apparently they didn’t have in stock - which is fine, but communicate and give me a solution. After 2 months, called again and a lady found out a way to get me the phone I ordered.
