L'iPhone 14 128GB offre de bonnes performances, un excellent appareil photo et un écran lumineux. L'appareil photo est particulièrement bon en basse lumière et pour les selfies, et la batterie tient une journée entière en usage normal. La puce A15 assure une utilisation rapide et fluide. Les fonctions de sécurité comme Crash Detection et SOS par satellite sont un plus. Les inconvénients sont l'écran 60Hz, l'absence de zoom optique et de slot SIM physique. Le bloc caméra dépasse, donc une coque est recommandée. Pour ceux qui cherchent un iPhone fiable et moderne sans les dernières nouveautés, ce modèle est un choix judicieux.

The phone never worked. Several phone calls to try to activate the phone, all escalated. No one could get it to work. Several scheduled calls to tech support that never happened. After two calls initiated by myself, and going into a Verizon store it was determined there was something wrong with the phone. It is being returned and a different model purchased.

Product is fine, but poor communication from The Good Guys. Ordered an online phone and for at least months I couldn’t get my delivery done. I was always the one to approach them asking for updates, apparently they didn’t have in stock - which is fine, but communicate and give me a solution. After 2 months, called again and a lady found out a way to get me the phone I ordered.
