L’iPhone 14 128GB offre de bonnes performances, un écran OLED lumineux et d’excellents appareils photo, surtout en basse lumière. La batterie tient facilement une journée et les fonctions de sécurité comme le SOS d’urgence par satellite sont utiles. Les points faibles sont l’absence d’écran 120Hz, pas de zoom optique et peu de nouveautés par rapport à l’iPhone 13. Le bloc caméra peut faire vaciller le téléphone sur une surface plane. Pour ceux qui changent d’un ancien modèle ou d’Android, c’est un vrai progrès, mais la différence est minime pour les utilisateurs d’iPhone 13.

The phone never worked. Several phone calls to try to activate the phone, all escalated. No one could get it to work. Several scheduled calls to tech support that never happened. After two calls initiated by myself, and going into a Verizon store it was determined there was something wrong with the phone. It is being returned and a different model purchased.

Product is fine, but poor communication from The Good Guys. Ordered an online phone and for at least months I couldn’t get my delivery done. I was always the one to approach them asking for updates, apparently they didn’t have in stock - which is fine, but communicate and give me a solution. After 2 months, called again and a lady found out a way to get me the phone I ordered.
