We were surprised that we had to pay $30 in duty fees on the phone when it was delivered. There should be a way to know this before purchasing. We had no idea this phone was coming from the United States! The phone did not come in an iphone box. The phone also was a system error that says the screen is not an apple approved screen which leaves me to believe that this phone had a cracked screen which was replaced by a non-apple service provider. Glad that this phone comes with a 1 year wannanty,
