Le Numark Mixtrack Pro FX est un excellent choix pour les débutants et les DJs soucieux de leur budget. Les grands jogwheels, l'EQ 3 bandes et la prise en charge directe de Serato DJ Lite rendent l'apprentissage du mixage facile et rapide. Les pads de performance et les paddles d'effets ajoutent de l'expressivité, mais sont limités par le logiciel fourni. Le contrôleur manque un peu de flexibilité sur les effets (un seul à la fois) et l'ajustement physique de la courbe du crossfader, mais pour le prix, il offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix et une base solide pour les sets live.
