Unfortunately the dongle will not connect to my 700 gen 2 pro max turtle beach headset. Either in ps or pc mode. I’ve tried different ways to get them to connect but it failed. Very disappointing and frustrated because my headset connects to the old dongle but there is extreme static. Don’t know what to do about it

This work as a replacement for my original transmitter that I accidentally broke there’s a few steps that you have to. Do you have to push a button that is next to the switch with a push pin so it can be able to reset and locate your headset. I was about to return it thinking it wasn’t connecting, but Google/ChatGPT help me connect it

Works great! Had no issues with connecting to the headset. Would definitely recommend it if you love your headset. Saved me from having to buy another headset
