Absolutely embarrassing. Makes me not want to support a company that is this incompetent. But hey, it works while it's plugged in so if you want an insanely overpriced wired mouse this is the product for you.

Mouse was faulty on arrival. Took the mouse back to get a new one but there were none in store. I was told I could buy a new one online and just get a refund. Problem was that I purchased it on sale and when I tried to buy again it was almost double the price. The online support team brushed me off with a “too bad, so sad”.
