The biggest mistake that has been done in making this mouse is the base on which our hand rests, it should not be big to cover the entire hand, because of which I have to move my whole arm instead of just the wrist, 2nd the mouse wheel placement is very odd position in between the 2 that there is no room for the pinky finger to put in.

While the new posture for my wrist relieved irritation in my wrist and upper forearm, I didn't work well for me. I used the mouse for about 4 months. The setup of the mouse buttons required more effort to press compared with my conventional mouse. The repetitive effect of this soon lead to severe and painful cramping in my thumb and my index finger. Additionally, the scroll wheel does not spin freely unlike other mice on the market and so more effort and time is needed for that action. From a performance aspect, I found that I had less agility to move the mouse cursor around and so my CAD work took longer to complete. I soon moved back to a conventional mouse, and found that wrist / forearm irritations did not return.

The mouse was great at first, and the ergonomics are perfect. You can use it with either hand, which is very nice. After about six months, however, the wireless communication between the mouse and the computer takes a big dive. The cursor simply doesn't respond precisely to the movement of the mouse. I will move the mouse, but the cursor will stop and start again, making it very erratic and inefficient. I tried to return it, but the limit is 90 days or so. I'll be looking for a similar product from another manufacturer.

This is a review for wireless version. I was recommended this product by my company's occupational health unit and I should say that it greatly helped to relieve my hand strain. It takes time to get used to it, but it definitely helps. I bought two versions - cable ( for work) and wireless (for home) The cable one still works but the wireless one all of a sudden stopped working. One day it was working and the next day it is dead. I did not drop it or anything, the battery seems to be full, but it does not work for some reason. With the price of this thing, a year lifespan is just unacceptable.
