A great mouse while it lasted. I purchased this in May, 2017 and just after 4 months of moderate use the scroll wheel no longer works.

I bought this as a replacement for a Microsoft intellimouse with more buttons and macro capability for work. It's well built and looks nice. The scroll wheel is definitely the best part of the mouse. Good texture and perfect wheel indents. I hold my mouse with the base of my hand on the table and only my fingertips touching the mouse. None of the side buttons were in the way, but I had to hold the mouse further back than I would like to get a comfortable position. The hump is not very high. This means that the awesome scroll wheel is a bit too far for me to reach with my 17.5 cm mediumish hands. The Cougar UIX software is merely ok and I could not get the macros to work well. Activating a macro would freeze up the computer and ghost-hold the control key down even when control was not in the macro. Had to unplug the mouse to stop it. Palm grip or claw grip may be more comfortable than fingertip for medium size hands. If so you'll definitely enjoy this mouse

Great Sensei clone. Wish they made a higher end version of this. The materials on the mouse itself is cheap feeling and most noticeably on the sides, but it's to be expected for $30. Possibly the only choice for a true Sensei clone with all the same features and an optical sensor.

Provided nothing goes wrong this is basically the perfect mouse. It's light, 95g, has 8 programmable buttons, RGB backlighting, and a non-braided cable (I find braided cables a bit stiff and thus the mouse harder to move). Insane value for $29.99, from a reputable brand. The last 2 mice I've used were the Logitech g502 and the Steelseries sensei RAW, and this is my favorite so far. Also as opposed to other green 450M this one does not have a glossy finish. It's a matte, plastic texture. Does not attract fingerprints.

Works great for competitive play: I personally play CS:GO, H1Z1 and other games and it performs well. No problems after a few months and I personally like green so this suits me perfectly
