We already had two battery powered Ring door bells so we’re familiar with the concept. This product is a newer version with better resolution and is mains powered. It also came with a plug in chime. Fitting was very straightforward as we had a spare socket near the installation site. The only issue was trying to connect the chime. It struggled to connect and then when changed socket managed to connect ok. Once connected I moved it back to original socket and it has been fine since. Good value and seems very reliable so far.

My second ring doorbell. Easy to install, gives a great picture and as my first was a rechargeable this is amazing. No more missing post because the battery ran out. Clear picture and great night vision

I really enjoy my Ring Doorbell Pro. It was so easy to setup. I scanned the QR code and just followed the instructions on my app. As I already had the plug with working mains I disconnected the old doorbell and just put the new doorbell in its place.
