Obviously wash your hair in between but you should only use this shampoo one or twice every month because it has a lot of protein in it. Its good and does what it says strengthened my hair.

I have been bleaching my hair for 2 years and can honestly say no other shampoo compares to this one! Leaves my hair feeling so soft while not being too heavy on my hair. Only a small amount of shampoo is actually needed so this bottle will last me much longer than any other brand of the same size. So worth the money!

The best shampoo and conditioner I’ve found. I have thick long dry hair and this leaves my hair soft and light. It is pricey but you only need a small amount each time but it goes a long way. My new go too.
