Western Digital WD My Cloud Home 3 To

Almost a week now and still no cloud access! First they stopped the cloud support, now they are having issues with fixing the failed cloud support. Basically, the WD Cloud HDD is nothing but an external USB HDD since April the 2nd and still unsure how long it will take to fix the issue. Save your money and go for other better options offered on Amazon.

Whilst the drive itself is great and I can see it and access it from my Android devices and Windows laptop. Trying to get it to correctly on a Mac was a PITA. Get your crapmtogther WD.

Owned an old version I used as a NAS with DLNA. Wanted to update and get something newer with more storage. New version did not support DLNA and was not recognised by all devices on my network. Disappointed. Return it for full refund.

The Western Digital WD My Cloud Home Duo Personal Cloud Storage is not the one i want, I expected that has a duo storage, disappointed.

Very slow (compared to wire). Ended up buying a normal SSD for backup.
