Le Synology DS1621+ est un NAS puissant avec six baies, un CPU AMD Ryzen rapide et un double cache SSD NVMe pour d'excellentes performances. Le système est extensible à 16 disques et 32Go de RAM ECC, idéal pour les entreprises en croissance. Quatre ports LAN offrent de bonnes options réseau, mais le 2.5GbE ou 10GbE ne sont pas standards et nécessitent une carte supplémentaire. La protection des données est solide grâce à Btrfs, aux snapshots et aux logiciels de sauvegarde. Les mises à niveau et extensions sont coûteuses, et les slots NVMe sont uniquement pour le cache. Pour un usage multimédia, il est moins adapté à cause de l'absence de transcodage matériel. Globalement, c'est un NAS fiable et évolutif pour les professionnels.

C'est le second NAS de ce modèle que je prends pour notre agence afin de pouvoir répliquer les données et avoir une certitude de backups synchronisés fiables sur deux lieux distants. Ces serveurs sont vraiment stables et efficaces, peu bruyants (même si nous les avons mis dans des pièces isolées des postes de travail) et les suites logicielles Synology sont parfaitement adaptées aux besoins d'une TPE.

Utiliser pour stocker vidéo et photos et pour faire des backup de mon ordinateur. Utilisation aisée de DSM 7 mais encore beaucoup de fonctions à découvrir.

La livraison est top. Le déballage du NAS montre un emballage très sécurisé contre les chocs. Le NAS est très bien présenté et la construction semble solide. Maintenant, il faut passer à la séquence test du produit. A suivre

I LOVE THIS THING!!! I setup my Synology with 7 drives at 8TB each so far. I maxed out the memory at 32GB. I also have 2 M.2s in there for Cache, and running SHR (Synology Hybrid RAID).It runs super smooth. Before I got this, I was just JBODing everything on external hard drives and had duplicates of almost everything, only some I had started to organize and others were however I copied them. The 8 bay may have been a bit much, and I probably could have gotten away with a 6 bay, but I'm still happy. Synology's software is easy to use and I haven't run into an issue that I couldn't solve by using Google/YouTube. I've been able to go thru and run deduplication on my files. It's a bit tedious, but well worth it in the end. I've only scratched the surface of what this thing is capable of, but I want to get all my files in order before I start trying other things.

I have a Slim620 Model of Synology NAS before. Now I upgrade to this DS1621xs+ model. Mostly it meet my requirement. Large volume and fast internet connect. I upgrade to 16GB memory as well as 2 M.2 2TB SSD. The only thing I can complain is the noise. Much louder than my previous model. I have to put it downstairs. Otherwise, I will give a 5 star rating.
