My first backpack broke 10 minutes after using it with a 15.6 inch laptop and an iPad. Thule sent me a new one under warranty. I must say though, I have never seen a laptop backpack with un reenforced straps. I uploaded photos of my broken backpack and photos of the new one that was sent to me. I am very cautious about putting my laptop in it again.

the bag design is good, has a lot of feature, there are two small design issues though. First, it doesn't have chest strap, which is very basic feature that many cheap bags have. Second, it does not stand on even though it is fully loaded.

Overall great quality and functionality. Took on work trip and also used for trekking. I am 5’10”. It’s medium size and sits mid to upper back. Handle and luggage strap great for flights. Expandable section holds a sweater or rain jacket. Considerations for next model- the outer pocket could zip lower to give better access; chest buckle to distribute weigh. Would buy again.
