I purchased the KitchenAid Artisan Mixer to replace my old mixer of 42years. I used it today for the first time and was very pleased with it, it is very easy to use, very quiet compared to my previous mixer and the additional bowl is a great addition. The attachments are all of good quality and easy to fit. I can recommend this mixer to anyone who is looking for a quality product.

I have had two cheaper branded mixers in the past and after both failed within 2 years decided to take the plunge for a kitchen aid, so far so good, a good quality feeling mixer, I have also bought a grain mill attachment which seems to work great as well, it has been a good purchase as the mixer does a better job of mixing than my previous and makes short work of bread dough.
