I am pleased with this product but do not like the suction feet. They are almost impossible to get off the worktop so I have resorted to putting the machine on a place mat so that I can move the machine back and forth on the worktop with ease.

This machine is made of cheap -looking plastic materials - base, bowl and most of the accessories. Ugly design overall clumsy rotator dial . Worst of all, the accompanying instructions are practically useless, printed on very flimsy grey paper they are scanty and confusing, relying on myriad very small and unclear and diagrams with scarcely any written information in English ( or any other languages). Hugely disappointing for a Bosch product.
