Pretty product but very complicated. It can do everything but balance your checkbook. I went back to my kitchenaid.

There is Kitchen Aid, which is good, but...then there is Ankarsrum, the Mazarati of stand mixers. Why buy fifteen different appliances that you barely have storage for? This machine is a stand mixer that does a whole lot more. It has so many attachments that make it into a...blender, food processor, meat grinder, sausage maker, juicer. The price is high, but so worth it. It is so sturdy. And it’s made in Sweden, which means they have thought of everything, it will work forever and it even looks nice!

This mixer is AMAZING! I make all my own bread and wanted a mixer primarily for that. This mixer kneads the dough into a beautiful, smooth ball that bakes up into a light, moist and fluffy loaf. In addition, it took about half the time as my previous method of making no knead bread with a MUCH better result. Yes, it is pricey but for me, totally worth it.

Yes, this is expensive compared to the kitchenaid orbital mixer. But it's totally worth it. Your dough will thank you. And your guests and you will appreciate it. Your dough will never exceed high 70F no matter how fast you let it run. Orbital mixer with a dough hook will reach 80F and more when you work with high hydration recipe. I wish I had this mixer 20 years ago.. If you like to bake, please get this.. Just my two cents..

Spent a lot of money for this product and the cheap plastic bowl used for cookies, cakes etc. has already cracked. Contacted seller and still no response.
