Very close shaves using main head. Easy to clean. Good recharging and disinfecting. Hair trimming attachment does not work as well as prior shavers - hard to trim mustache cleanly. Directions have no words and pictures are not easy to fully decipher - would have expected more for such a pricey device.

It is a nice upgrade. The device is a bit bigger than my old ones which I like that. It is really good looking one too. As far as performance, It is doing a really good job of cutting close and leave smooth skin. One thing that I do not like, is the sharp corner/edges of the three part of the head in the middle section. Often they catch my skin, especially when it is in a position that one or two is pushed in and the other one is out. I feel the edges of the three head have sharp corners rather tan rounded corners.

[Employee of philipsglobal] Very good shaver. Cuts better than any I have ever used. Blade feel is not as solid as my prior electric shaver, although this shaver was not a 3 headed circular style. Did not get 5 stars because my unit did not come with a travel case or cleaner and it has been near impossible to get those accessories that are really only sold with other razors. I did get a cleaning pod but still can not order a travel case, which is silly.

I couldn’t sink the shaver to the appp! For that much money you don’t think you will have that kind of problem to deal with.
