Love the clean feel in the hand and the display is really nice

Not sure yet on quality of phone, battery seems to run out quickly especially over night when not in use, also wifi turns off when out and about but as soon as i'm home i have to manually put the wifi back on

I had a good experience at the Verizon store when I purchased my phone. However, it took me a week to be able to use it without constant pop-ups and error messages of viruses. That was very frustrating! Also the fact that is automatically download SO MANY aps--most of which I do not want. I depend on my phone and it was time-consuming and frustrating for the first week. Things have settled down after a lot of work on my part.
