Bought it because its Makita, brushless and cheap TBH. used it many times now happy with it but I wish the chuck was a one hand chucks.

I've needed a decent drill driver for a long while now. Something with the torque to whack screws in fast, and yet, controllable enough not to drive them below surface or strip the screw holes. The DDF083Z is perfect . A small body, so useful in confined spaces. Power, light weight, and Makita's impeccable build quality make this a great all round driver. Very pleased with this one!
