YSL M7 est un parfum complexe et sombre qui ne convient pas à tout le monde. La version originale offre une excellente tenue et un mélange unique de notes d'oud, d'ambre et boisées qui se sentent raffinées et masculines. C'était révolutionnaire dans l'introduction de l'oud en parfumerie grand public. Cependant, le parfum est lourd et intense, ce qui le rend inadapté à l'été ou au port décontracté. La version reformulée est sensiblement plus faible que l'original, ce qui est décevant pour de nombreux collectionneurs. L'ouverture peut sentir le médicament et le caoutchouc, bien que cela disparaisse rapidement. C'est un parfum pour ceux qui veulent porter quelque chose pour eux-mêmes, pas pour les compliments.

I don’t know exactly which note can be attributed to the oud. For me, the reference is rather misleading. I expected something polarizing. Instead, I apply it and am warmly embraced. I would initially describe the scent as slightly sweet, smoky, and spicy. Over time, it becomes increasingly sensual. As if it helps to find calm, to become more relaxed, and to stay true to oneself. I enjoy smelling like this. Not to impress others, but simply for myself. For the ego. A very intense experience that accompanied me for a whole day. Permanently present, like a promise from a best friend. And now, late in the evening, I still perceive remnants. They feel dark now and even make me a bit melancholic. And at the same time, I am captivated. An absolutely wonderful fragrance experience.
