Guerlain L’Homme Idéal Eau de Toilette est connu pour son mélange doux et sucré d’amande et de fève tonka, relevé de vétiver et de fleur d’oranger. Beaucoup trouvent le parfum chaud, confortable et élégant, une bonne option pour ceux qui veulent une fragrance masculine plus gourmande et moins criarde que les bleus très frais. La tenue est généralement jugée correcte à bonne pour une EDT. En revanche, l’ouverture fait souvent débat : le mélange d’agrumes, d’herbes, de notes aromatiques et de facettes synthétiques est perçu comme brouillon, chargé voire désagréable. En fond, la fragrance devient nettement sucrée et poudrée, ce qui ne convient pas à tous et paraît trop simple à certains. Les amateurs de parfum et les fidèles de Guerlain le qualifient régulièrement de moyen et en dessous du niveau des grands classiques de la maison. Sweetly citrusy, with a hint of honey. Then a bit of spiciness comes in, slightly vanillic. Quite a pleasant scent, remaining fresh even after a few minutes. After that, not much seems to happen anymore. Overall quite decent, nothing groundbreaking or innovative. For an EdT, it is of fairly high quality and the projection and longevity are absolutely fine. It vaguely reminds one of Devotion and can therefore be worn by both men and women. Suitable for day and night, in summer, spring, autumn, and probably also winter... for any occasion and basically also in the office.

L’Homme Idéal is for me a clean, slightly sweet-woody fragrance with this almond note that stands out immediately. At first, it is rather fresh and well-groomed, almost reserved. Over time, it becomes warmer and a bit sweeter. Leather and rose. This almond note remains present throughout and gives it a slightly creamy, pleasant character. For me, it's a simple everyday scent that doesn't require much planning. Just apply it and it fits almost always, without being too much. Loved by everyone around!

L’Homme Idéal - for me, one of the most beautiful men's fragrances for the colder days. I always have a slight cola note in my mind, which totally appeals to me, probably because of the tonka bean. The scent feels soft, a bit cuddly, and yet beautifully masculine. I have no idea why, but for me, it has the color light gray. Warm, calm, elegant. It's the kind of fragrance a man wears who knows who he is - not insecure, just naturally confident. And honestly, it brings compliments. The price-performance ratio is really good.
