Mercedes-Benz Intense est connu comme un parfum masculin abordable mais de très bonne qualité, avec une ouverture marquée de violette et d’agrumes et un cœur boisé légèrement ambré. De nombreux utilisateurs signalent une projection forte et une bonne sillage, avec une tenue qui couvre facilement une journée de travail, surtout sur les vêtements. Le flacon est souvent salué pour son verre lourd, sa belle finition et son atomiseur fluide. Il existe toutefois quelques réserves claires : la violette dominante est jugée un peu synthétique par une partie du public et la fragrance rappelle fortement Dior Fahrenheit, ce qui ne convient pas à tout le monde. Par temps chaud, elle peut vite devenir trop puissante, d’où l’intérêt de limiter le nombre de pulvérisations. Certains critiques trouvent aussi la composition assez linéaire, avec peu d’évolution après l’ouverture. Pour les acheteurs qui aiment une violette moderne et masculine avec de bonnes performances à prix contenu, c’est néanmoins une option très intéressante.

A really beautiful summer fragrance, it is relatively light and fruity citrusy. Most of the time, you can smell the bergamot and the mandarin. What else you can smell, I can't say exactly, but it has a slightly woody and spicy scent. The perfume is super affordable and has a really nice scent DNA for that. The longevity is not outstanding, but it's enough to get through the day; you perceive it less, but it's still there. The scent fits the brand Mercedes.

I gifted this scent to my father for his birthday. I thought it would be ideal for him as a Mercedes driver. At that time, I really hadn’t gotten into perfumes yet. When he unwrapped it on his birthday, my father was surprised. In fact, he didn’t use it, as he generally wasn’t much of a fragrance wearer back then. So I snagged it for myself. Essentially, one can say: It’s solid. For someone who is 50+, doesn’t know much about perfumes, and doesn’t place much value on them, it might be a good choice. As already described here, the synthetic aspect plays a big role. Along with a light (very light) fruity note and a bit of freshness. But that’s about it. The scent reminds me of a random shower gel that you just grab in any drugstore without thinking. The longevity is more or less okay. A maximum of 3 hours; anyone expecting more from such scents is unfortunately not being realistic.
