Estée Lauder Cinnabar Eau de Parfum pour femmes 50 ml

I've been ordering Cinnabar for a very long time...years, actually. I always wait until the free samples are offered. I'm very elderly and on a fixed income. Even though my past order qualified I did not receive any.I spoke with a customer service rep but to no avail. Very disappointing.

I have worn this perfume since I was 16. I am now 58. My parents bought the gift set for me for Christmas and I was hooked. This is my signature scent, and I wouldn't wear anything else. I really wish they had the gift box sets again, because the powder and lotion were amazing too. Please never stop making this because I cannot see me wearing any other perfume ever!

I used to wear this back in the day and it was my favourite perfume whic I wore for a long time. I was delighted to see that QVC had introduced it within the Estée Lauder range. However I was extremely disappointed as the fragrance to me bore no resemblance to the perfume scent I remember. Consequently I returned the perfume straight away.

My friend in high school used to wear this scent. I thought it was so impressive for her to carry this small spray bottle of perfume with her. I fell in love with the scent. I purchased my own bottle when I was in my 20s and have been purchasing it ever since. The scent brings me back to those high school days every time I wear it.

I ordered my perfume on the 22 of November, it is now 22 December and I am still waiting. I've contacted Estée Lauder who dispatched it to everi who say they will look into it. I'm still out the money for a Xmas gift with no perfume. I need someone to take responsibility. I use Estée Lauder products for years but will think twice about ordering online again if they use everi as their delivery
