Macy should improve on packaging. The bottle was broken and all perfume was gone when delivered. The perfume must be great as what I could feel from the wet box and broken bottle. 5 star for smell. I wanted to gift it to my son on Thanksgiving. But unfortunately I couldn’t as it was delivered broken. The box was wet. Being glass bottle, it should have been packaged with bubble wrap but there was just one paper kept near the bottle. I was very disappointed. Customer care person was great. Helped me refund and offered another delivery. But I could not rely on another delivery due the way ot was packed.. However it was very sad that I could not gift it to my son. It was more important that day.
