WORST SAMSUNG UK PRPDUCT EVER, THE DEVICE IS SO POOR, I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE A LOT OF TIMES TO RETURN IT, THEY REFUSED. OVER A YEAR NOW, AND I CANNOT USE IT STILL. SO SO BAD. ABOUT 1300 POUNDS GONE TO WASTE! I WOULD NEVER FORGET THIS EXPERIENCE WITH SAMSUNG.

Needed a new laptop to work from home, have Teams meetings, create documents. deliver presentations etc, no regrets buying this. A big upgrade on power and performance from my previous laptop and has a sleek modern design.

Bought product after discussion with sales team. Checked specs etc. Purchased the book 5 but upon receipt it has no fingerprint sensor. Contacted tech support they weren't sure checked user manual then say sorry this model does not have sensor. Sales team still selling with incorrect spec. No help from customer service. Complaints lodged but no contact yet it's been 3 weeks. Check spec and buyer beware.

Spoke to Samsung sales team via chat. After a wait the amazing agents helped me decide on which laptop to purchase. HOWEVER despite the spec and sales team advising the product had biometrics upon receipt I found the book 5 does not have a fingerprint sensor. I contacted the technical team and after 10+ mins advised the model does not have a sensor. No apology. No goodwill for missing representation. I contacted sales team again to ask spec again assured book 5 has biometrics. Samsung started gaslighted me but I have chat transcripts. But they offer no apology for miss selling product.

Beautiful, big screen. Keyboard looks very smart - good tactile feel. Starts at 256gb - lots of storage.
