I didn't want to go smaller than 16". It is just fine. And, it is FAST with 32g of ram.

HP products have always meant quality to me. This new touch screen laptop with the Ultra 7 processor continues to be a quality product.

Was very disappointed in the quality of the product. Opened it up. Box was in fine shape. Set it up, and then some of the keys fell off and would not go back on. After further inspection, they thin plastic pieces that hold the key in place were not able to hold the keys firmly in place. More keys kept falling off. May be the reason it was discounted and on sale. Sent it back. Very disappointed

This laptop (HP Probook 460 16") works quite well. It's fast and hasn't had any issues thus far. The touchscreen is nice, though I find I don't use it as much as I could, being accustomed to mouse input. I do wish it had a couple more usb ports, and the charging brick gets pretty hot while charging, hence 4 instead of 5 stars. But other than that a great computer. I'm very happy with it.
