The all-metal chassis on the ZBook is of very high quality. The keyboard is great. The touchpad is precise. The speakers sound fine. The DreamColor display is gorgeous! I love the aesthetics of the Zbook. I'm happy with the thermals and power consumption. The 3-year warranty shows that HP expects the ZBook to last. I'd buy it again!

Absolute junk. I've bought well over 20 laptops for my small business staff in the last 5 years. This one has had 3 repair people come to my house, was shipped out and received back and still isn't up and running. It was 3 months old when the first issue started. Customer service won't escalate and refuses to just replace or refund the computer. Total waste of time and money.

Quality product. Good screen and touch. Responsive and easy to use. Seems better quality than the Dell I had been using.

I got this thing on sale. 55% off... but it has been more trouble that it was worth even considering the discount. I've had multiple issues, my IT team worked on it relentlessly for months, and now I've had two visits from HP warranty repairs and it still isn't functioning perfectly. Maybe that's why they were selling it for a 55% discount. I am very disappointed.
