Dell Ordinateur portable Pro 14 avec processeur AMD Ryzen AI 7 Pro 350

Very weak battery, which works for only 7 hours on average. If I had known, I would have sent it back and got my money back, but since I opened it and strat use software I had to leave it, knowing that they won't give money back. I should have bought Lenovo after all.

So far, so good -- second consecutive Dell laptop I have purchased for work. Seemingly as robust and powerful as the first one which I replaced after 5-years. Easily surpassed all the other brands -- if you need a laptop for business, I can think of nothing better.

hours on the phone trying to fix problems which remain unfixed and Dell refusing to take back as I've had it for three weeks and they only take back faulty machines if you report within a fortnight

It's noisy, a bit heavy & a bit disappointing. I chose it because it had the ports I needed!
